Website Disclaimer
Last updated: October 2026
Read this before you rely on anything at spanishscale.garden. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Referral Only
Spanishscale Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen trees, grind stumps or trim branches. An independent provider does any work on your property. Spanishscale Tree Service does not.
No Endorsement, No Warranty
A referral is not an endorsement. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise a provider will be available to serve your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.
General Information
This site shares general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different. What fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your case.
Costs
Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They change with the job, location, tree size, access and other factors. Ask the provider for a quote in writing before work starts.
Insurance
What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.
Safety
Tree work and fallen trees can mean power lines, falling wood and weakened structures. Do not take risks. Keep away from downed lines and tell your utility company. If life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.
How We Are Paid
Providers or marketing partners may pay Spanishscale Tree Service when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site correct and up to date. We do not warrant that it is complete or has no mistakes.
