Who We Are
Spanishscale Tree Service is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Vancouver and the Vancouver area with independent local tree removal providers. That is the whole job.
We do not cut trees. We do not climb, haul or grind. The providers in our network do all of that.
Why We Exist
Most people have never hired a tree crew. The first time is confusing. Quotes look different. Terms are unclear. Nobody tells you what to ask.
So this site does two things. It explains the basics in plain words. And it points you to providers who take on this kind of work.
The main idea is simple. Look up early. A leaning tree, a dead limb or a cracked trunk is a small job today. Wait, and it can turn into a big repair.
How Providers Are Matched
You send a request. You tell us where the tree is and what worries you. We pass the details to a provider in our network that serves your area.
The provider then contacts you. You talk through the job. You agree on the details, or you walk away.
Coverage and schedules differ by provider. Some can respond quickly. Others book out. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Give a quote in writing
- Explain the work before it starts
- Show up when they say they will
- Treat your property with care
- Be clear about stump grinding, cleanup and haul-away
We also ask them to hold the licenses and insurance their local rules require. Ask to see proof before work begins. Do not take our word for it. Check it yourself.
What We Do Not Do
We do not do the work. We do not set provider prices. We do not promise a result. We do not make insurance decisions.
Some home policies may cover sudden damage, such as a tree that falls in a storm. Check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Providers in the network may pay a referral fee to Spanishscale Tree Service when we connect them with a homeowner. You pay the provider for the work, under the quote you agree to.
That is it. No hidden step. No pressure to say yes.
